(Disability Strategies and Pupils' Educational Records) (Scotland) Act
2002
The Bill for this Act of the Scottish Parliament
was passed by the Parliament on 28th March 2002 and received Royal
Assent on 30th April 2002. Its purpose is defined as follows:
"An Act of the Scottish Parliament to require
bodies responsible for schools to prepare and implement strategies
relating to the accessibility, for pupils with a disability, of school
education; and to make provision in respect of the educational records
of school pupils."
