the Eastern Star
Thank you very much indeed for your letter of
28th January enclosing this welcome donation from the Thurso Chapter of
the Order of the Eastern Star.
On behalf of our Association can I ask you to
convey our thanks to the members of the Order and to assure them that
their generous gift will be used to support the services we provide for
local people in the far North who have Motor Neurone Disease.
We also want you to know how much we appreciate
all your assistance in generating publicity through organising the
cheque presentation and possible press cover.
Our newsletter "Aware" is distributed
quarterly and our editor Bryan Carroll would be delighted to include the
presentation photograph in the next issue to be published in
April. A copy of the current issue is enclosed.
It is good to know that information on MND is
available through the Nerve Centre and we shall ensure that this is kept
updated.
